workouts. Our boxing-based fitness classes will give you a boost of confidence

We proudly offer much more than weights and aerobic machines. Our boxing-oriented
studio consists of state-of-the-art equipment, including:

We’ve designed dynamic boxing and kickboxing classes to help maximize
physical and mental growth. Every class is 50 minutes long. We offer personal
instruction, group classes, and private options. Our facilities are equipped
with iPad kiosks that store 900 fitness options. Each selection combines
punching, kicking, pushing, pulling, and calorie-burning exercises that
are both familiar and fresh!
