What makes our Waxhaw fitness classes unique is that no matter who you

designed so that each RockBoxer can work out at their own pace. Mixing
boxing, kickboxing, and functional training, you’ll encounter a
new workout each time, ensuring you’ll never get bored. Classes
are 50 minutes long, and throughout the course of the workout you’ll
punch, kick, push, pull, and sweat your way to your goals.

On average, our clients burn 1000+ calories from a workout and many RockBoxers
have lost up to 25 pounds in the first six weeks of working out in our
