all ages and body types. Come as you are. Leave a fitter, stronger person
– no boxing experience required. Your only opponent is yourself
and our coaches will motivate you to beat your fitness goals every time.
It’s easy to follow along with our guided group classes, which incorporate
bag punching, strength building and calorie-torching cardio during a 50-minute
session. Because we like to keep people on their toes, no two sessions
are the same. That means your next class will be a whole new experience.

Why Workout Like a Boxer
Boxers do a combination of drills to build stamina and muscle mass: kicking,
pulling, pushing along with kettlebells, dumbbells, pull-up bars and bands.
Plus, a whole lot of punching! It’s this unique combination of strength
training and cardio that melts fat and builds muscle, turning them into
lean, mean fighting machines.
We take the same approach at RockBox Fitness with one big difference: No
fighting. The only thing you’ll be punching is a bag – and,
thankfully, it doesn’t punch back. Our sessions incorporate more
