Our Results-Oriented Workout
A RockBox Fitness Pacific Beach workout is 50-minutes long and begins with a warm-up
to get your muscles ready for what’s to come. With the guidance
of your trainer, you’ll start with boxing and kickboxing moves and
then finish with functional training exercises. Though every workout is
different, in any given class you may use dumbbells, kettlebells, pullup
bars, bands, and bodyweight exercises. Our iPad kiosks have over 900 exercises
loaded onto them, so you can count on a fresh workout every time you come.
This not only eliminates boredom but keeps your body challenged.
No Experience? No Problem
We understand that the words ‘boxing’ and ‘kickboxing’
can be a bit intimidating to some, and especially to those who have never
punched or kicked a bag before. At our San Diego fitness studio, absolutely
no experience is required. Before your first class, one of our certified
trainers will explain everything you need to know. They’ll also
show you how to wrap up your hands and how to punch and kick. During the
class, they’ll be right there to guide you along.
