take approaches that don’t work for everyone. At our South End fitness
studio, we offer workouts for every body. No experience is required for
our boxing-based classes. Members work out at their own pace with our
certified trainers cheering them on as they go.

Our 50-minute classes consist of boxing and kickboxing moves and also incorporate
functional training. You can expect to kick, punch, push, pull, and sweat
your way to your goals. Our iPad kiosks have over 900 exercises loaded
into them, so you can expect a fresh workout every time you step through
our door. We incorporate bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells,
bands, pullup bars, and more into our classes, which ensures your entire
body is worked and every muscle group is targeted.
