Boxing is proven to be one of the most effective forms of exercise and can help you torch fat, tone muscle, improve muscular endurance, increase flexibility, and relieve stress.

RockBox Fitness SouthPark eliminates boredom by keeping our classes fresh and exciting. Our classes consist of boxing and kickboxing moves and then incorporate functional training exercises. During one of our classes, you may engage with free weights, pullup bars, bands, and more. And because our iPad kiosks have over 900 exercises loaded into them, you’ll never do the same workout twice. This will keep things exciting and continually challenge your body.

Our workouts are fun and exhilarating – and they also deliver results. Members burn an average of 1000 calories after one of our classes, and we’ve had members lose up to 25 pounds in their first six weeks of training. Results will always vary from one member to the next, but one thing is for sure: if you work hard and stay committed, you’ll hit your goals, feel less stressed, and be ready to take on more of life’s challenges.
