facilities. We do things a bit differently. By mixing boxing and kickboxing
moves with functional training exercises, we keep workouts fresh and motivating

This Workout Is All About You
No boxing or kickboxing experience? No problem. At RockBox Fitness Steele Creek,
we’ll teach you all you need to know. Before your first class begins,
one of our certified fitness trainers will show you how to wrap up your
hands like a pro. They’ll then teach you the six punches and three
kicks you’ll encounter in our classes. Because every member is on
their own fitness journey and has their own goals, you’ll move at
your own pace. The only person you’ll be in competition with is yourself.
Classes are 50 minutes long and begin with boxing and kickboxing moves.
We then incorporate functional training exercises that may include dumbbells,
kettlebells, pullup bars, bands, and more. This variety not only eliminates
boredom and keeps workouts exciting, but it also continually challenges
your body.
