along the way. Boxing is one of the most effective forms of exercise and

No Experience Required
At RockBox Fitness University, no boxing or kickboxing experience is required.
Even if you’ve never stepped foot inside a gym or fitness center,
our classes are a great first place to start. Our certified trainers will
make sure you are fully prepared for class before it begins. They’ll
show you how to wrap your hands like a pro and will teach you the six
punches and three kicks you’ll encounter during the workout. Once
class starts, they’ll be working out right beside you and motivating
you through the 50-minute session.
In addition to boxing and kickboxing moves, our classes also incorporate
functional training exercises. This may include bodyweight exercises,
dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and pullup bars. Our iPad kiosks have over
900 exercises loaded into them, which ensures each workout is different
from the previous one. You’ll never get bored and your body will
always be challenged.
