At RockBox Fitness Wake Forest, no two sessions are ever the same.
For one half of your session, you'll circulate through two different boxing
stations.. Torching your muscles, building endurance, you'll punch and
kick your stress away. Then you'll switch over to kiosks loaded up with
more than 900 workouts designed for functional training that gives a full-body workout.
Boxing is our focus, but we expand on it for the full fitness experience.

Personal Training
Our certified, experienced, and fun trainers are here for you no matter
how you prefer to get active. If group classes aren't your jam, or you're
looking for a way to up your fitness game along with kickboxing classes,
get some one-on-one time with a pro.
Even the most experienced boxer can find ways to improve. A personal trainer
lets you better understand how to feel confident in your form. You'll
become more comfortable learning your body's limitations and where you
can push yourself further.
We offer both private and semi-private sessions, which can vary in duration
depending on your preferences. Keep accountable, keep moving, keep improving.
Speaking of accountability, we've got groups for that. Online groups which
you can access 24/7. You'll get trainer tips, healthy recipes, member-only
promo info, and all the inspiration you can get. And if that's not cutting
it, get yourself a personal accountability coach that checks in with you
consistently and hypes you up as you go. It's so much easier to stick
to your plans and crush your goals when you have people to rely on. Life
