I got started with Rockbox because I was looking for a new gym. A friend said to come check this place out, you’re going to love it. I was a serious cardio junkie and this was a workout that I could do to get my cardio fill and get stronger…win, win! I really wanted to get stronger after that first class. I was like OMG I’m so weak I want to be able to do a good pushup, now I can do LOTS of good pushups!

There is so much to say about RockBox. I really needed something big to get out of the funk I was in. I’ve never been athletic and regular gyms get boring. I actually tried a class before I decided to join. It was tough and I was sore but I did it. It was an immediate confidence booster for me and I knew I wanted more.
